Huituo follow-up filling machine for cosmetics suitable for different bottles
Huituo follow-up filling method is compatible with a variety of
bottle types. When filling, there is no need to stop the bottle
before filling as in the traditional way. Instead, the entire
filling action is completed during the bottle movement. There is no
need to adjust too many mechanical positions when changing the
bottle type.
1. Adopting the principle of servo piston filling, the touch screen
intelligently adjusts the capacity (the touch screen intelligently
adjusts the capacity, the operation is convenient, the precision is
high, and the production memory function is provided).
2. Equipped with photoelectric switch to sense bottle in and out,
can automatically identify the position of the bottle mouth. It
will automatically stop and alarm when meeting crooked bottle and
spilled bottle. It will not fill without bottle. It can identify
such situations as liquid level abnormal, misuse and automatically
stop and alarm.
Storage tank
It is composed of the main tank body, the feeding pipe, the
cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detection sensor,
and the mechanical safety valve etc. The liquid level sensor uses a
guided wave radar and has a continuous liquid level detection
function. The replenishment of the tank is performed according to
the feedback signal of the liquid level detection. When the liquid
level is at the set low liquid level, the butterfly valve opens and
starts to replenish. When the high liquid level is set, the
butterfly valve closes and stops feeding.
Filling head
Specially designed filling nozzle with high precision and long
service life.
Three-way valve
Pneumatic three-way valve ensures timely and smooth flow path
change.
Easy changeover
After adjusting the parameters for the first production, store
them. The next time you change the corresponding product, you only
need to call the parameters with one key to realize the filling
capacity and filling. The adjustment of nozzle height and filling
speed and other parameters are automatically generated.
Parts contacts with material
The parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless
steel, which meets GMP requirements. For strong corrosive liquids,
the piston seal is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (three-year
warranty) to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
