man-machine interface, servo control system, low voltage components
for control, touch screen operation, stable and reliable work, easy
operation, high production efficiency, wide application range and
so on.
This machine is mainly composed of control system, conveying
device, photoelectric detection, feeding device, material box,
liquid level control device, filling device, diving device, bottle
holding device, bottle blocking device, etc.

Changeover
The parts of the changeover design are divided into adjustment
parts, the position adjustment parts of the upper and lower feed
nozzles of the following submersible part, and the part involving
the changeover parts is the bottle-stop part.
The position adjustment part of the filling nozzle only needs to be
adjusted horizontally according to the bottle when changing
production. For the bottle-stop part, the bottle-struck part will
be adjusted horizontally and the height of the bottle-stop part
needs to be adjusted up and down. Adjust the height to make the
bottle-struck part at the bottle mouth position.
SFL-12 uses pneumatic components to push the piston rod for
filling, and the filling volume change requires replacement of the
production limit element.
Maintenance
The filling machine has the function of under-touch bottle
protection. To ensure the normal use of this function, the filling
nozzle needs to be able to move smoothly in the fixed seat.
Therefore, it is necessary to regularly add appropriate grease to
the inner hole of the filling nozzle fixed seat.
