Huituo SF series flowmeter filling machine adopts Faraday's
principle of electromagnetic induction law, which is suitable for
filling materials with different viscosities from water to paste.
It can also be used in two-stage filling system according to
production needs, and has been widely used in food, medicine, and
many other industries, the equipment has a wide range of
adaptability, featuring stable and reliable performance, high
filling accuracy, convenient adjustment and so on.

Electromagnetic flow meter

The filling nozzle is a two-stage stroke structure. When the
products of different specifications are
replaced, the parameters can be adjusted in one touch on the touch
screen without manual switching.

The tank is composed of the material box, the feeding pipe, the
cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detecting
component, the pressurized air hole and the mechanical safety
valve.

The bottle stopper uses a sliding stopper, which can be
continuously adjusted for different bottle types. The slider uses a
card slot structure, which is not easy to fall off on the slide
conveyor.

sensor induced voltage signal has a linear relationship with the
